Nairobi  ·  Masai Mara at peak migration

The largest Urdu-speaking audience in South Asia is watching every day. Almost nobody is talking to them in their own language.

I’m Waqar Siddiqui. A filmmaker and director in Karachi. For eight years I’ve made travel films and reels in Urdu across 18 countries. Films with a setup and a reveal, that happen to be about places.

The next trip is Kenya. Nairobi and the Masai Mara at peak migration. Partner slots open.

Ten days. Two places.
Shot properly.

Dates are locked and the ETA is approved. This isn't a proposal for a trip I'm hoping to fund. It's a trip that's happening, with partner slots still open on it.

Nairobi

The only capital city on earth with a national park inside it. Lions against a skyline is a shot that exists in exactly one place, and almost nobody in Pakistan has seen it. Beyond the park: the Sheldrick elephant orphanage, the Giraffe Centre, the markets, the food, and the honest answer to the question every Pakistani viewer asks first. Is it safe. Is it for us. What does it actually cost. Nairobi runs in two blocks: four days on the way in, two more on the way back from the Mara.

Masai Mara

Peak Great Migration season. Three nights inside the reserve, not a day trip with a long drive at both ends. Enough game drives to actually come back with big cats, herds, plains and light, instead of one lucky morning and a lot of hoping. The road down through the Rift Valley escarpment to Narok is its own story, and it gets its own film.

What makes this different.

Any creator can post from Kenya. Very few can make it convert in Urdu.

i.
Audience trust

My audience has watched me travel for eight years. They know when I recommend something, I've actually been there. They don't watch and scroll on. They save it, share it, and act on it. That trust transfers to you.

ii.
South Asia, in Urdu

Pakistani price sense, Pakistani anxieties answered directly. Halal food, safety, visa, what it actually costs in rupees. Kenya has almost nothing in Urdu. That gap is the entire opportunity, and it closes the moment somebody else fills it.

iii.
Full studio in-house

Camera, edit, colour, sound, narration, all under one roof in Karachi. No agency layer, no subcontracting, no waiting three weeks for a cut. The publish dates on this page hold because I control the pipeline.

Three ways in.

Seven pieces of inventory on this trip, sold as slots. Take one reel, one film, or the whole thing. The price per deliverable doesn’t move. These are standing rates, not numbers written for this page: the international premium is policy, and it covers travel, insurance, permits and a longer edit cycle.

How the slots work

One brand per category, across all seven deliverables. Take a slot and your competitors don’t appear on this trip: not in your reel, and not in anyone else’s. One safari operator, one travel agency, one payments brand, one eSIM, one device brand. Every slot is dated and shot to a fixed publish calendar: the deliverable you buy is the deliverable that publishes.

Your customer is already in the comments.

Under every reel, the same questions. Thousands of them. This audience doesn't watch and move on. It asks, it saves, it acts, and it asks me, because nobody else is answering in Urdu. That is intent landing at the wrong address, and it isn't only about travel. Whatever you sell, this is what a warm audience looks like before anyone has spent a rupee on media.

“Ticket kahan se milega?” “Where do I get the ticket from?” Booking intent
“Visa kaise lagta hai?” “How do I get the visa?” Visa & documentation
“Package kitne ka hai?” “How much does the package cost?” Price sensitivity
“Hotel booking kaun karega?” “Who handles the hotel booking?” Fulfilment
Don’t take my word for it. open any reel below and read the comments yourself

Your ad reaches the right people.

Overwhelmingly Pakistan. Peak age 25–44, the bracket that earns, decides and spends. Exactly the viewer most brands in this market are paying to reach, and almost impossible to buy at this concentration through paid media alone.

What that concentration is worth

No audience of this size is this concentrated in one market, and almost none of it is served in Urdu.

If you sell to Pakistani consumers, this is your customer base watching someone they already trust, in the language they actually think in. If you are trying to reach that market from outside it, this is a route in that paid media cannot sell you at this scale.

Seven pieces. Dated.

Not "I'll post about you." A fixed deliverable count with published dates, written and titled before I board the plane, then shot to fill them.

04 × Destination Reels
Published on my page, with you as collaborator.

Collaborator post means it lands in both feeds and both audiences get pooled. My reach plus yours, on one asset.

  1. 4 reasons a Pakistani must visit Kenya
  2. Nairobi, is it safe, is it for us
  3. Masai Mara safari
  4. Food of Kenya
  • Boost permission included, run them as paid ads off my handle
  • Full commercial usage rights for your own channels

Three films, not three uploads.

A series with a spine, so someone who watches one goes looking for the next. Titles written before the shoot. If I can't write the title, I don't shoot the episode.

  1. The only capital city on earth with a national park inside it
  2. The road to the Mara, six hours through the Rift Valley
  3. Three nights in the Masai Mara at peak migration
  • Partner card in the first 60 seconds
  • Named line in the description
  • Pinned comment for the life of the video

Category exclusivity available

12 months from first publish, on the Kenya series. One brand per category, whatever the category is. One safari operator. One travel agency. One payments brand. One eSIM. One device brand. One FMCG. For the full term, no competing brand appears in these seven deliverables or in any Kenya content I publish.

Scoped to this trip, not to my calendar. Other destinations are separate campaigns with their own partners. If you want first refusal on the next one, say so and we’ll price it, but it isn’t included here.

I take 2–3 partnerships a quarter. This one is dated, locked and going ahead. The only open question is whose name is on it.
